The Nor'easter powered by Eastern Mountain Sports sends out a HUGE thank you to the city of Burlington, VT, our local partners, all of the amazing athletes and artists, our sponsors and of course each and every one of you who came out to spend the weekend with us! We hope you all had a great time! We are so fortunate to bring the Nor'easter to Burlington and to be able to give back to the community at the same time. Through the Nor'easter Grant and fundraising efforts like the SmartWool Ridiculissima presented by Merrell and the Silent Auction organized by our local partner Outdoor Gear Exchange, The Nor'easter raised $20,000 for Vermont non-profit groups.

Eastern Mountain Sports will donate 7% of sales, $5,800, from their South Burlington store during the week of The Nor'easter to help restore the South Hero Causeway damaged in spring flooding. An additional contribution will be made through the Nor'easter Grant. http://www.islandlinetrail.org

VT Irene Flood Relief Fund will receive over $7,000 raised from The SmartWool Ridiculissima presented by Merrell. http://www.vtirenefund.org

The Silent Auction organized by our local partner Outdoor Gear Exchange raised funds that will benefit the VT Irene Flood Relief Fund, Kismet Rock Foundation ( http://www.kismetrockfoundation.org) and Vermont Youth Conservation Corps (http://www.vycc.org)
